About Me

Xin chào vietnam icon ! I'm Huy, 1st year Master's student at Mila and University of Montreal , advised by Aishwarya Agrawal. These days, I'm broadly interested in how to capture reusable, commonsense knowledge from internet-scale videos and transfer it to embodied agents that can generalize across diverse environments and embodiments.

In previous life, I earned my B.Eng. from HCMIU - Vietnam National University HCMC (2020–2024) and worked in AI research & engineering at VNG Corporation (2022–2023) and FPT AI Center (2023–2025). My undergrad team also won twice (yes, twice 🏆🥈) at the CVPR 2023 NVIDIA AI City Challenge.

Research Interests

My research broadly centers on Vision-Language, Video Representation, World Modeling, and Embodied AI 👀✍️🌍🤖 — unified by a common goal: Building Embodied Agents that can Perceive, Reason, Plan, and Act across diverse environments and embodiments over long horizons. Previously, I worked on Intelligent Surveillance Systems, Video-Language Understanding, Object-centric Representations, and Robotic Learning.
